All gifts can help us continue to offer opportunities for all to excel. For UK taxpayers, adding Gift Aid allows us to claim back from HMRC 25p for every £1 you give at no additional cost to you.

I confirm that I am a UK Income of Capital Gains taxpayer. I authorise The Glasgow Academy to reclaim tax on the donation detailed above. I understand that I must pay an amount of Income Tax and/or Capital Gains Tax in the tax year equal to the amount of tax that all the charities I donate to will reclaim on my gifts for that tax year. I understand that other taxes such as VAT and Council Tax do not qualify. I understand the charity will reclaim 25p of tax on every £1 that I have given. Description

A fund designed to inspire our budding entrepreneurs, our Innovation Fund helps seed business ideas from our student body. Open to pupils from S3 and higher, pupils are encouraged to apply for a grant of £500 to seed their business idea. To be successful, they must put together a pitch and present it in front of a panel of judges (i.e. mini Dragons’ Den). If successful, they will be awarded a £500 grant to seed their business. In exceptional circumstances, a grant of £1000 will be considered if a compelling case can be made for this level of investment. This opportunity is open to current pupils as well as recent graduates who are still at University. Help inspire the next generation of innovators!
