The annual tuition fees of West of Scotland Independent Schools for Session 2025/26 can be viewed here.
NB: The data of competitor schools has been published to meet the verification requirements of Clearcast and Radiocentre and relates solely to Tuition Fees for Session 2025/26 (inclusive of VAT).
Data is correct as of September 2025.
The Glasgow Academy fees are determined annually by the Governors of The Glasgow Academicals’ War Memorial Trust.
School fees include:
- all curricular lessons and text books for all subjects
- school curriculum outings
- personal accident insurance
- examination fees
Lunch is also included in our Prep School fees.

All fees are inclusive of VAT at the prevailing rate of 20%.
Payment of fees
School payments may be paid by Direct Debit at the discretion of The Glasgow Academicals’ War Memorial Trust, in ten monthly instalments on the first banking day of each month, as specified in the Fee Notices, from 1 August to 1 May inclusive.
Parents/carers of new pupils who wish to pay by Direct Debit will have received a Mandate with their enrolment forms.
Parents who wish to change from paying their fees termly to the Direct Debit system should contact the Administration Centre and a Mandate will be forwarded to them.
Fee payments by debit or credit card are welcomed and can be paid via our online shop.
