Saunders Centre
Support & Fundraising / Friday, June 24, 2016 Hat-trick of awards for the Saunders Centre

At the recent RIAS Centenary Awards Dinner the Saunders Centre won both a RIBA (Royal Institute of British Architects) Award and a RIAS (Royal Incorporation of Architects of Scotland) Award.

To complete the hat-trick, our architect, Sarah Jane Storrie of Page\Park, won Emerging Architect of the Year for The Saunders Centre.

The Saunders Centre was also shortlisted for the Best Use of Timber Award and the Scotland's Client of the Year Award.

The Saunders Centre - described by RIBA as one of the three best new buildings in Scotland - is now shortlisted for the RIAS Andrew Doolan Best Building in Scotland Award, the winner of which will be announced in the autumn.

We are delighted that Architecture & Design Scotland will host their A&DS and RIAS Student Awards Ceremony in the Watson Auditorium of the Saunders Centre on Thursday 14 July 2016.
