As a school we take seriously the challenges faced in ensuring that our pupils leave The Glasgow Academy having achieved their potential. This is, of course, not exclusively academic, and through PSE (Personal and Social Education) which is delivered to every pupil from S1–S6, we attempt to look at issues and areas that may affect their happiness in school and their health as they grow. We believe that giving relevant accessible information delivered in a safe environment will allow our pupils to take the best possible care of themselves both physically and emotionally. It is our aim that pupils will go through school acquiring the confidence to make informed decisions - for themselves - on the challenges that they will face both in continuing their studies and in their working lives.
