Welcome to Atholl

A warm welcome to The Glasgow Academy Atholl!  Our pupils are our true ambassadors and by far the best way to appreciate our school's strengths is to visit us.  In the
meantime, I hope that this section of the website gives you a feel for our school, our pupils and the dedicated staff, capturing the energy and vibrancy which characterises Atholl.

We are very proud of our little school and its achievements.  I believe that we offer a safe, positive and challenging environment for the pupils, and the staff and I look forward to sharing the Academy's vision and our passion for learning with you.

Atholl has a happy, family atmosphere and we consider our partnership with parents to be outstanding.  We have an active PTA and strongly believe that you should be involved in enriching school life.

Here at Atholl, we encourage children to take part in our wide range of extra-curricular clubs, specialist lessons and regular educational trips and visits.  Our location, in the outskirts of the city, provides an ideal opportunity to explore the local environment and learn more about the community.
