Milngavie After School Care

The Glasgow Academy, Milngavie offers wrap around care by providing popular Breakfast and After School Care facilities.  Every day is full of fun and has a variety of activities on offer for all ages of children from Nursery to Prep 4.  The After School Care is also available to those children who attend Kelvinbridge and use the bus service to travel back to Milngavie.  They can go into the school building when they get off the bus.
 
A healthy snack is provided for the children and a range of activities from arts and crafts, outdoor play and board games, is available in a familiar, safe and secure setting.  Children are encouraged to be involved in the planning of their activities.  As TGA Milngavie sits on the edge of Barloch Moor, pupils regularly take walks in the moor or walk to Tannoch Loch to feed the ducks.

Parents often comment on the benefits of having staff looking after their children who also work with the children during the day.
